Meditation Mondays continues through the Summer with our special Summer Schedule!

Join us on Zoom every other Monday at our *new* summer time - 5:00 PM AZ Time to begin or continue your mindfulness meditation practice in community with friends known and new! We'll explore guided meditation practice focused on cultivating the skills of mindful awareness and focused attention. No prior meditation experience is needed and all are welcome! To join us for practice, kindly complete this short RSVP form to receive the details, including Zoom link and passcode for the sessions. (*note you only need to RSVP one time for the Summer, and you can join anytime as your schedule permits)
