Begin or continue your mindfulness practice in community with friends known and new Mondays at 5:30PM AZ!

Together we'll explore guided mindfulness practices focused on cultivating the skills of full presence and focused awareness, releasing the stressors of the day, and honoring our needs for care and community. Our practices will invite us to come home to ourselves, through use of breath, gentle movement, muscle relaxation and meditation. No prior experience is needed and all are welcome! 

Sessions will be held in-person (at the Ada Peirce McCormick Bldg. in the Little Chapel) and livestreamed via Zoom. To receive the link if you are joining us on Zoom, kindly pre-register here. (*note you only need to pre-register once for the entire Fall 2023 semester) - please note we will not meet on September 4th in observance of Labor Day-
