Continue the compassion practice you developed in one of our multi-week compassion programs in our online community this summer.

Calling all alumni of our multi-week compassion programs! Have you taken CBCT© (Cognitively Based Compassion Training), CCT (Compassion Cultivation Training), Courageous Compassion, our 2020 Summer Series compassion training with us? If so, please join us this summer beginning June 8th for weekly compassion practice in online community as we continue to explore and strengthen the ways we hold ourselves and others in care, and remain committed to take action to build a more compassionate and just world.

Each week, we gather for an hour, beginning with a few minutes to check-in, connect with each other, and share guided meditation practice with time at the end to reflect, share, inquire and build community. To join, kindly complete this short RSVP to receive the Zoom link and passcode (note: you only need to RSVP one time for the summer). This is a drop-in practice, so please join as often and whenever you can.

*Please note that this offering is designed for alumni of our compassion training programs to continue to deepen the practice developed in a prior multi-week program. If you haven't yet completed a compassion training program with the Center for Compassion Studies, please sign up for one of our multi-week programs first, then join us afterward to continue your practice.
