Where

Meditation Mondays continues in our Zoom format for Spring!

Join us each week starting January 11th, at 6:00 PM to continue, or begin your mindfulness-based meditation practice. We'll explore guided meditation practice focused on cultivating the skills of mindful awareness and focused attention. No prior meditation experience is needed and all are welcome! To join us for practice, kindly complete our pre-registration to receive the details including Zoom link and passcode for the sessions. There is no charge to attend, the pre-registration is open throughout the Spring to allow for new participants to join as their schedule permits.

*Please note we will not meet for practice on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday
