Meditation Mondays is back for Fall in our new socially distanced format on Zoom!
Join us each week at 6:00 PM to continue, or begin your meditation practice. We'll explore guided meditation practice focused on cultivating the skills of mindful awareness and focused attention. No prior meditation experience is needed and all are welcomed! To join us for practice, kindly complete our pre-registration to receive the details and link for the sessions. There is no charge to attend, the pre-registration is open throughout the Fall to allow for new participants to join.
