Where

A community for UArizona students and recent alumni

Within all of us is a yearning to belong – to be in places where our minds and bodies feel a sense of safeness, connection, and ease. Finding these spaces can be especially challenging for those who identify as LGBTQ+. So, let’s create a space. Together.

Join us as we make new connections, deepen existing ones and explore what it means to belong to ourselves and to one another. Each session we’ll experience a guided practice to help center the mind and settle the nervous system, as we honor our needs for care and connection, reflecting, and resting together into the fullness of our being.

No previous experience with meditation or contemplative practices is necessary.
For everyone who is celebrating, struggling, exploring, or questioning their sexual and gender identities: come as you are. You belong here.

1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month @ 4:00 PM AZ Time*

Complete your one-time registration for the link to join the community (there is no charge to attend).
*only one time registration is required; the link you receive will be good for the entire semester. You're welcome to drop in to as many sessions as you like. Please register and login with your UA email/zoom account to gain access each week.
