Join us for an exploration of the power of your mind to create the ability to be fully present, engaged and at greater ease in your life. In this introduction to mindfulness practices, participants will learn skills and approaches to living that have been tested both by time and science to increase resilience and manage stress, while deepening appreciation for embodied living.
