Where

Compassion is relational. Strengthening our connections in the field of care we inhabit is essential in these times

Have you taken CBCT© (Cognitively Based Compassion Training), CCT (Compassion Cultivation Training), Courageous Compassion, or our 2020 Summer Series compassion training with us? If so, come and continue weekly compassion practice in online community as we deepen and strengthen the ways we hold ourselves and others in care, and remain committed to actions to build a more compassionate and just world.

Each week, we gather for an hour, to connect with each other, and share guided compassion-based meditation practice with time at the end to reflect, share, inquire and build community.

Thursdays @ 6 PM* - beginning August 25th
