Calling all UArizona undergraduate and graduate students, and recent alumni (within the last 2 years) identifying as BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color, or of the Global Majority)! You are invited to come explore guided somatic practices that celebrate the vibrant, living body while also creating space for healing and grieving the disproportionate impacts of marginalization and inequity in safe online space. Facilitated by and for UArizona students of the global majority, together we honor our needs for care and connection in community as we lift up joy, strength and resilience.  No previous experience is necessary to participate in these guided healing and uplifting practices designed to be accessible for all.

We gather online on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month*  4:00 PM - beginning September 14th
