Ready for Real Happiness at Work? Join us for a weekly informal discussion and optional practices as we read the book, 'Real Happiness at Work' by Sharon Salzberg together. Open to all UA employees, this book group will feature opportunities to informally share experiences, learn tools and practices to support being more mindful, foucsed, resilient and compassionate with ourselves and our colleages in the place where we spend most of our waking lives.

Each week, our discussion and practice will cover the following themes, aligned with the book:
